We want your visit to be relaxing from the moment you start planning it. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our services.

FAQ’s

  • We do accept walk-ins, however, it is highly recommended that you call or text ahead for availability at our number: (419)-784-0101.

    You may also book a session through our “Book Our Services” page.

  • Come as you are—whatever makes you the most comfortable!

    Salt will not ruin any clothing, but if you are hoping to target a specific area of the skin, you may want to wear a t-shirt and shorts.

    For the Foot Detox spa, you will want pants that can be rolled up to the mid-calf, as your feet are submerged in water.

  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your session.

    For our Halotherapy services: If you arrive after the session has begun, you may be able to join us for the following session if we have availability. Once the door is closed, we do not allow interruptions for the benefit of all of our other customers in the Salt Room.

  • Please DO NOT bring the following items into your session:
    (Note: This does not apply to clinical bodywork sessions!)

    • No Food,

    • No Drinks,

    • No Electronics: Key Fobs, Phones, Electronic Watches, Earphones, etc.
