Cancellation Policy:
We completely understand — life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else in need of care.
Here’s what you need to know:
Bodywork Sessions (Massage Therapy)
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service total.All Other Services (New Therapies, Including Halotherapy)
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
These policies help us respect our therapists’ time and ensure availability for all of our clients. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time, though the full session fee still applies.
