At Defiance Therapeutic Massage & Wellness Center, you’re cared for by a team grounded in education, experience, and genuine compassion. Founded and led by Carrie Radzik—born and raised in Defiance with a BS in Sports Medicine & Wellness and over two decades of advanced training in Neuromuscular Therapy and Residual Strain Therapy—our center blends clinical precision with a warm, client-first approach.

MEET THE TEAM
Defiance born and raised, Carrie brings hometown heart and world-class knowledge to every client interaction. With expertise including graduating with a degree in Sports Medicine from Defiance College, a degree from the Northwest Academy of Massotherapy, and specialized training in Neuromuscular Therapy and Residual Strain Therapy, Carrie has devoted her career to understanding the complex relationship between pain and healing.
As both a practitioner and educator, Carrie has trained therapists across the Tri-state area, sharing her innovative techniques and compassionate approach. Her commitment to excellence has made her a respected voice in the field, speaking at regional conferences and continually expanding her own expertise.
When she's not helping clients find relief, Carrie channels her energy into family time with her husband and three children, advocacy work for Autism and special needs, and active involvement with New Horizons Academy and her church community at Bethlehem Lutheran in Okalona.
Her treatment philosophy is simple but powerful: listen deeply, treat precisely, and care completely. This approach has earned the trust of her fellow healers and hundreds of clients who've found lasting relief under her care.
